We’re always looking for talented individuals to work with! Renkus-Heinz is seeking a Technical Support and Application Engineer for our Foothill Ranch, California location. Responsibilities would include answering technical support e-mails and phone calls and offering application assistance in the use and deployment of our products and software. Duties also include assisting our dealers and distributors with on-site loudspeaker system commissioning. An ideal candidate will have at least three years experience in pro audio in a design or project management position, with experience in the installation and troubleshooting of pro audio loudspeakers, amplifiers and networks. Experience with EASE, Systune, EASE Focus, SMAART and Dante are all positives, as are CTS-I , CTS-D and Iconyx certifications. Significant IT/network experience and digital audio distribution experience are also pluses.
