By the end of the long New Year’s weekend, some of us may have already broken a few of our New Year’s resolutions. But one promise there’s still time to keep is to pack your bags for sunny Southern California and the annual Winter NAMM Convention. In the finest music industry tradition, Renkus-Heinz kicks off 2017 at the Anaheim Convention Center, Hall A, Booth 6420, from January 19-22, 2017. Stop by the booth for info on Iconyx Gen5, the newest generation of Renkus-Heinz Iconyx digitally steerable array technology, as well as IC Live and IC2 Steerable Systems, VARIAi Modular Array System, and the new RHAON II control software. We’ll also have some new surprises in store, so be sure to ask.
On hand throughout the show will be CTO Ralph Heinz, VP International Sales Karl Brunvoll, Director of Marketing Margie Kirby, North American Sales Manager Ladd Temple, Applications Engineer Joe Fustolo, and applications support expert Brandon Heinz. As you’re cruising the show floor, stop and say hi to the folks at Sensaphonics, purveyors of custom in-ear monitoring solutions, at booth 6954. Sensaphonics will be using four PN61 two-way Complex Conic loudspeakers to demonstrate their 3D AARO system and new universal fit IEMs.
After a busy day on the show floor, unwind next door at the Hilton Mix Lounge, where the Official NAMM Stage will be hosting a full roster of great performances beginning Wednesday evening and continuing through Saturday night. Hosted by Southern California premiere Sound & Lighting event production company DJE Pro, the stage will be outfitted with a full IC2 steered array and IC212S subwoofers. On stage, the players will be covered by RH123 monitors.
Renkus-Heinz is also joining with Contact Distribution to sponsor the Canadian Music Trade Reception, held this year on January 19 from 8:00 to Midnight at the Plaza Ballroom of the Sheraton Park Hotel. Hosted by Canadian Music Magazine, the Invitation-Only event will feature great music, including some surprise guests, performing through an all-Renkus-Heinz system.
So if you’re visiting sunny Southern California for NAMM this year, come by and visit Renkus-Heinz, and be sure to stop by the Hilton and hear IC2 in action. We’ll see you in Anaheim.
