Danish rental company MAVT has been providing the audio system for the Den Jyske Sparekasse (Danish National Savings Bank) Tour in middle Denmarkfor the past 10 years. With five to six speaking engagements throughout a two-week period, the client counts on MAVT to provide the AV for an audience that varies between 200 to 2,200 persons.
Determining the perfect audio system has often proved very difficult because the system must be scalable for the different shows and cover the wide range of audience area. Logistics is also taken into careful consideration as transporting and unloading heavy boxes is problematic given the short time span. Also, the requirements vary from venue to venue as sometimes the client calls in the renowned Danish National Symphony Orchestra to make a guest appearance and provide entertainment. But this year, the Billand-based dealer came prepared with six units of the new generation KH2 loudspeaker from K-array’s flagship series, Concert Series. Flying 3 units per side, the system created better use of space without compromising the sound with the speeches executed in complete clarity.
