ISE 2018 HIGHLIGHTS OF THE SHOW FROM TW AUDiO

Returning to Amsterdam’s RAI between February 6th and 9th, Integrated System Europe (ISE) once again broke records this year with an impressive attendance of almost 81,000 people – representing a 10% rise over 2017’s numbers. With exhibitors crammed into every available space that the RAI could offer, the exhibition was bustling with activity from the moment it opened.

On a prominent stand located in Hall 1, TW AUDiO started the show in style, teaming up with live streaming specialist STRMKY to deliver a brand new way of reaching both show attendees and those who couldn’t make it to Amsterdam – TW AUDiO Live on Facebook!

Presented by our own glamorous onscreen duo, Gaby van der Blom and Simeon Ludwell, TW AUDiO hosted a special live stream direct to the TW AUDiO Facebook page. During the broadcast, Gaby and Simeon chatted about the VERA20 mid-sized line array. Our terrific twosome also introduced recent high profile projects from around the world, including Germany’s Lanxness Arena, the historic Monte-Carlo nightclub Jimmy*z, and the remarkable Base Dubai. With the stream having already been viewed more than 6,500 times, it was the first of many broadcasts to come!

Of course the real star of the TW AUDiO booth at ISE 2018 was VERA20, and crowds of visitors arrived on the booth to discover the mid-sized line array with a big system punch. Comprising dual 10” woofers, the VERA20 is comparable in size to most double 8” enclosures, yet with the ability to reproduce up to 6dB more output in the low-mid frequency range with lower distortion. Also on-board is a purpose developed 1.4” compression driver and waveguide which delivers a smooth and accurate midrange response for natural vocal and music reproduction. The low frequency crossover point around 1kHz ensures uniform coverage while the system’s extremely fast transient response delivers crisp and precise high frequencies.

Visitors at ISE were also able to get a hands-on demonstration of VERA20’s innovative rigging hardware which facilitates straightforward, fast and cost efficient rigging by just one technician.

By the conclusion of the four day event, ISE 2018 was hailed as TW AUDiO’s most successful appearance yet at the Amsterdam exhibition. We look forward to seeing you again at the RAI in 2019, between February 5th and 8th.
