Plovdiv, Bulgaria. 20 September 2018. Beginning of September, Televic Bulgaria gathered their staff with their families at the “Televic Bulgaria Family Day” at the plant in Plovdiv. The Family Day was a great opportunity for employees to relax and enjoy a day out with their families while bonding with their colleagues.
Nearly 400 people attended the day. They got to experience the Televic atmosphere through a variety of activities. Several guided tours were held through the plant so their family could familiarize themselves better with Televic and the work of our employees.
The Family Day was also very much enjoyed by the children, as we surprised them with numerous fun activities. In addition, the event included an entertainment program with groups dancing Bulgarian folklore featuring several of our own colleagues. In the evening, the famous band Cofein performed, with our colleague Atanas Atanasov at the guitar.
Televic employs nearly 700 staff worldwide of which 150 in Bulgaria. The company creates, develops and delivers products and solutions that enable communication in different niche markets: Healthcare, Rail, Conferencing and Education.
With a manufacturing plant in Plovdiv and a software center in Tsaratsovo, Bulgaria is a central hub for Televic for the development of its hardware and software products and solutions. Televic has a worldwide customer base. As a result, the products and solutions developed in Bulgaria, can be found in trains, parliaments, hospitals, universities and schools, and more, all around the world.
